The Engineering Manager will have a responsibility to ensure the efficient operation and longevity of industrial milling and packaging machines. The Engineering Manager will play a pivotal role in the servicing, maintenance, and repair a range of equipment used across the business. 

Key duties and responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety, hygiene, and food safety policies.
• Follow BRC and external standards; comply with CCPs in the site HACCP plan.
• Actively contribute as a senior leadership team member, guiding the business towards future success.
• Oversee health, safety, and environmental protocols for your team, contractors, and controlled work areas.
• Prioritize day-to-day machinery and equipment maintenance to keep production running smoothly.

Skills and Experience Required

• Solid experience of working in an FMCG food environment
• Electrical Biased
• Must have experience with automated processes and machinery
• Solid and demonstrable engineering management experience
