Job purpose

A Quality Champion plays a crucial role in ensuring that products or services meet consistent standards of quality. They are responsible for maintaining and improving quality systems, processes, and procedures, and ensuring that the organization's offerings meet both internal and external requirements. 


Key Responsibilities:
•    Implement and maintain QMS in line with industry standards.
•    Candidate should have knowledge about PRPs and CCP(critical control points)
•    Conduct product/service inspections to ensure quality.
•    Document and report quality metrics and non-conformities.
•    Sampling, Sample preparation, arrange sample to send Outside laboratory and documentation
•    Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities.
•    Address customer quality concerns and ensure satisfaction.


Qualifications:
•    Bachelor’s degree in Quality Management/bachelor’s in Agriculture/ Bachelor’s in food tech or related field.
•    Fresher/ 1-3 years of experience in quality assurance/control.
•    Knowledge of QMS (e.g., ISO 9001), and quality tools.
•    Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
